Al respecto, la ilegitimidad de la amenaza condicionante \u2013el medio comisivo de la coacci\u00f3n- consiste en la falta de legalidad de lo exigido. En cuanto a la idoneidad de la intimidaci\u00f3n, el punto de mira debe ubicarse en la aptitud para constre\u00f1ir al sujeto pasivo a que doblegue su voluntad ante el agente.
